The choice in Australia has been binary: a large firm with the capability but the wrong economics, or a small shop with the relationships but the wrong muscle. Senior people, embedded in the work instead of selling it from a deck, with the method and the bench of a much larger firm.
We grew out of strategy and procurement work for state government, and that remains our largest practice. We are now known for something more specific: taking a strategy that is stuck on paper and making it real. That is the thread through everything on this site.
Our strongest relationships are with state government departments in Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia and South Australia, and with Commonwealth agencies including Austrade and DFAT. We also work with local councils, universities and TAFEs, statutory authorities and funds, and regulated mid-size organisations in energy, water and infrastructure.
